Let's check in on how you are living in your body. We can start with a grounding meditation, talk about what you are experiencing, look at the tongue, I show you acupressure points and self massage techniques, nutritional, movement, stretching, and breathing exercises to move Qi, Blood and Fluids in the body and move towards balance and wellness. Nervous system regulation as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in full charge of the service unless in case of emergency. Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 fee. As a solo practitioner cancellations really effect my livelihood and are very hard to replace. Thank you agreeing to these policies and for respecting my time as I do yours.
